The taste of the wine professionals:

Vintage 2004

"A biscuit Duché will accompany very well this Montmains. What biscuit? A greed of the country. Material and weft result from beautiful grapes. The aromas are indeed chablisiens, freshly elegant, to a long final. "

Guide Hachette des Vins - 2007

Vintage 2003

"Beautiful Chablis Premier Cru Montmains 2003, where the sharpness prevails, everything fills it, smooth, fragrant, everything qualifies it aromatic, of a long final."

Guide Dussert & Gerber des Vins de France - 2006

Vintage 2002

"Dress limpid and brilliant, yellow pale with the green reflections. Pure nose and very end revealing of the quite ripe flavours of apple raised of mineral notes and subtle honey notes. Stop built well on a round and fine texture. Harmonious finale. High and vinified Chardonnay ferments some completely characteristic of the climate "Montmains", very beautiful respect of the Soil. A bottle which can be tasted as of now or to forget in cellar. Very beautiful potential of guard "
